Dilthal was an Elven teenager of 40 or so in 1601 when he was kidnapped by Rhendal's agents and rescued by Sack.
In the years after the Return, Dilthal's experience and knowledge grew rapidly, partly due to him coming into contact with the shorter-lived but more dynamic races of Alair. A master magesmith in his own right, his work began to rival that of his father.
He lived in Belegond, partly because of his human wife Yomiko of Rokugan. Their half-elven sons Thirkic and Alric were approaching their maturity by 1655 and preparing to venture into the wider world.
When the elvish civil war broke out in the 1920s, Dilthal and his sons joined his father among the loyalist elves in Lomegor
