Marilith general serving Orcus, worked with Surya in the freeing of Orcus but betrayed by him on Thanatos

Sister of Zoravam-Anasvish. Surya first met this creature on the plane of Minauros after they had freed Orcus from the dungeons of Belemacil. Subsequently, the Lord of the Undead had given her command of all his forces on Thanatos. But she could not defeat an army of Graz'zt's demons, commanded by the Dark Angel Seraphiel, guarding the Skanathorn valley. This was the point it started to go wrong for General Zabyrayt. She asked for Surya's help to overthrow the Dark Angel, but instead he persuaded Seraphiel to change sides. As a reward for reclaiming the Lord of the Undead's throne, Orcus gave the command of his armies to Seraphiel, and Zabryat retreated to nurse her anger and hatred.
In 1608 she kidnapped Surya's wife Leonora and infant son Cuitech. Following her, he swiftly retrieved the queen but his son was more cleverly hidden, on a plane where time ran more swiftly, and by the time he rescued the boy he was 16 years old.
Zabryat attempted to hide in Sigil but was tracked down by Surya, Hildraft, the White Rat and the archon Vusagyen, and bound into the holy sword Durandana to create the chaos blade Desecrator.
