Taken from Varkar's hoard by Sack as a bargaining piece with Gozan, who was actively seeking it, and given to Skufruss on a whim. His siezure of Vorsand and the remnants of Gozan's army was largely thanks to the Sceptre.
Given to Saryn Darrath by Gorfang and Eloy, the Sceptre was destroyed, paving the way for the fall of Tarlanor.
