Barren world with naval base, widely rumoured to host Sector Naval Intelligence and 'Spies' Academy'

Another naval base, Malbycir is host to the 2050th Imperial ScoutRon, the reconnaissance group of the sector navy. Of course, most of the 'ron isn't normally here; it's out doing its' job watching the borders. The crews are trained here, though, and the ships built and maintained. Many have pointed out that all this is not enough to warrant the system being interdicted, and strong rumours abound that this is also the home of Sector Intelligence and the 'Spies' Academy'.
