Tiamat the Many-Mawed, the enormous five-headed Chromatic Dragon, guards the entrance to Avernus, the first layer of Hell. Also known as the Queen of Many Colors and of None, she has five heads - red, blue, green, black and white - representing each type of evil chromatic dragon.
