Under torture, the Pulverus Acertus revealed that Yalistair was constructing an army of the undead for Cain's benefit once the First Vampire was returned to the Prime Material. He was based in southern Stryre, in an abandoned castle in the Fens of Korvux in the Duchy of Fedor. Acertus also believed that Yalistair knew where Cullinan was currently operating.
