The orcs of Gadûhgon were the first to react after the Dragon's invasion of Duceor, offering alliance and assistance. The Dragon, disdaining orcs, rejected this and burned Gadûhgon out personally in 1230.
With Kishshul re-occupied by orcs, Gadûhgon remains ruined and empty. The knights of the Kordasa fear that the Slitheren ratmen may attempt to take it over but so far they have shown no inclination.
Gadûhgon was absorbed into the Gorfangach during the Orcish expansion of the 1700s, and broke away to independence after the collapse of that empire, returning to the old gods of the orcs.
