Lossal

Capital city of Sinval, destroyed by Varkar, rebuilt by Skufruss in Tarlanor, razed by dragons
730

Capital city of Sinval before the Dragon's attack, destroyed in vengeance for Varkar's wounding early in the invasion. It lay in ruins until the expansion of Tarlanor during the post-Slaying land grab reached it, when it was rebuilt.

It was the site of much interesting politics, including the deposing of a governor by a mercenary orc, and a short-lived Guild war. A result of that was the annual bank holiday (Gorfang Day) on the 11th of May.

After the fall of Tarlanor, Lossal became an independant city-state in the same way as Minensal, controlling the former Pepterus region. As the Drachenfels expanded, people became nervous, and the population had dropped to a small fraction of it's 1655 level by the time Lossal was destroyed again by dragons in the 1860s.

The ruins technically lie within the Drachenfels.
