One of the Seven Swords of the Noldor, Dolthoron's sword

Eldanu is made of silvered steel, damascus patterned, with a steel simple cross hilt and a plain round crystaline pommel. The scabbard is made of tanned lizardman skin (added by Dolthoron). Lost at Lantalaure, part of Varkar's hoard at the Slaying, falling into the hands of the Wyrmslayers. It was returned to High King Doronond in Belamir in 1602 by Surya of Tellare.
The king was believed to be holding it until a worthy wielder appeared. Its fate after the coup of 1921 is unknown.
