Elverandil's home & forge in Lantalaure

The crypts beneath remained partly intact, well-trapped, and stocked with materials. The Journals were stored under the ruins; Elverandil believed them lost until the Mergil Quest retrieved them.
Since the Return, and after being made Lord of Lantalaure, Elverandil rebuilt the House of Swords as his official residence. Weapons and armour were once more being made there, and rulers from all over Alair would pay any price for them.
Abandoned in the elvish civil war of the 1920s, the House was plundered by the Imperial elves for what little of real value Elverandil had left behind.
