Elven hero, bearer of Carnimlonde, slain at Lomegor

A Noldor elf of noble birth, Celundir fought evil in Alair longer than any other living being. He may have been one of the original elves who arrived in Alair at the beginning of recorded time, though in common with every other elf who may know anything about this refused to say. He fought with a ten-foot steel lance used two-handed.
Celundir was killed in the destruction of Lomegor in 1385, after a bitter siege. He was one of the bearers of the Six Swords of the Noldor, and his blade Carnimlonde was either lost or destroyed in the batle.
